Hello there!

We are Jen and Jeff Mayer. First and foremost we love Jesus. He is our rock and our salvation!

We are blessed to be parents to our sweet daughter Savannah, two angels in heaven, and another little girl on the way.

We are both Air Force Veterans and continue to serve our community using the skills God gave us (Firefighter and Registered Nurse).

We love building a simple life filled with practical homesteading projects, affordable home decor, easy healthy recipes and more.

Our family mission statement is simple: We strive to pursue a simple life based on 1 Thessalonians 4:11-12

Much of our homesteading journey has been trial and error. We’ve made mistakes, and we’ve learned from them.
