Are you looking for the perfect easy side dish to bring to Thanksgiving dinner? Look no more! These creamy cheesy brussels sprouts are sure to be a hit! Did I mention there’s bacon involved?
You will be amazed at how quickly this recipe comes together with a few simple ingredients. Made with delicious sharp parmesan cheese, heavy cream, bacon, brussels sprouts, and salt and pepper to taste.
I used to be intimidated by brussels sprouts. I never really knew how to cook them and frankly they never interested me much. I thought they looked and smelled weird. Who remembers your parents fighting with you to eat your greens? My husband Jeff and his family got me into this side dish in the first place. After trying this recipe I find myself craving Brussel sprouts now. Who would have thought?
Great side dish if you are pressed for time!
The nice thing about this creamy cheesy brussel sprout side dish is that you can literally whip it together in no time. It is not one of those side dishes where you have to prep the day before or spend ours in the kitchen. I love the idea of a “Friendsgiving” or “dish to pass” get-together. This recipe is perfect for events just like that.
